So if you are from South Asian countries, try to stay online at night times too. This strategy is not much important to sellers who are from form western countries. But they should stay online at the day times. Keep in mind to refresh your Fiverr tab at least every 5 minutes. There are a lot of sellers who reply to buyer requests without reading the project description completely. Some of them read the request 50% and send them an offer fast. This is a huge mistake and you should correct this mistake. Then, Make confidence in the buyer’s mind that you have read the description carefully. Tell them why you have thought to reply to this buyer’s request and what are the qualifications you have to fulfill his requirement.
Your cover letter should be short and sweet
As discussed above, time is more important to a buyer same as money. Because of that, you should avoid writing long paragraphs about your skills and your past works. Tell them short and sweetly why you can complete this project, how many projects you have completed on Fiverr like this, and finally thank him for sending you the buyer request.
Offer them a fair price, Duration, and Revisions.
Comparing other sellers, always try to offer the best price to the customer. And try to hand over the project ahead of the time he expects. As an example, the buyer wants to complete the project in 7 days, try to offer him that you can complete it within 5 days. As same as these, offer him more than 3 revisions for your work. I recommend if it is a small project, give them unlimited revisions.
Do not send the same reply letter to all buyers
Some sellers create buyer request-reply templates and send them editing to buyers when they got a buyer request. This is a huge mistake. Always try to write a unique reply cover letter to each buyer. As mentioned before reading the request completely and reply to them as a professional seller.
