Tell them short and sweetly why you can complete this project, how many projects you have completed on Fiverr like this, and finally thank him for sending you the buyer request.

Offer them a fair price, Duration, and Revisions.

 

Comparing other sellers, always try to offer the best price to the customer. And try to hand over the project ahead of the time he expects.
